It appears that during pendency of the Criminal Application No. 1982 of 2020 and Criminal Application No. 355 of 2021, charge sheet has been submitted. Criminal Application No. 63 of 2022 and Criminal Application No.3267 of 2021 came to be fled for amendment in the prayer clause to seek quashing of the proceedings.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in both the applications, Criminal Application No. 63 of 2022 and Criminal
