Heard. Both these applications arise out of two separate First Information Reports lodged by the informants therein against each other. This Court, vide order dated

A.B.A. No.37/2023 with A.B.A. No.60/2023 :: 2 ::

9/1/2023, protected the applicants in both the applications. It is informed that, the applicants had appeared before the investigating officer and even cooperated with the investigation. The Court had directed them to go for mediation. The same has, however, failed. Since for last 2 1⁄2 months the applicants have been protected and they have cooperated with the investigation. The applications are allowed. The order granting them interim protection is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
