DATE : 7th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER The prayer for transfer of the proceedings being Regular Civil Suit No. 68 of 2015 pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalgaon, to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dhule, in my opinion, is liable to be rejected, on the ground that sufficient material is placed on record to demonstrate that applicant is residing at Bombay. Hence application stands rejected.
