The learned Sessions Judge, Nanded has exercised his discretion and transferred the criminal case, SCC No. 37 of 2015 from Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ardhapur (Court No. 2) to the Court of 8th Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nanded. The said order is challenged in this Writ Petition.

The case is very old. It is informed that the trial has now commenced. It would, therefore, not be desirable to upset
