ORAL JUDGMENT:

Mr. G.V. Wani, learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders original affidavit of the petitioner duly verified on 28.01.2016 stating therein that the petitioner has settled the dispute with the respondents as set out in the affidavit. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 2.

Mr. Girish Nagori, learned Counsel for respondents does not oppose. It is stated that Exhibit 'X' is an outcome of the settlement between the parties and the property mentioned in paragraph no.3 of Exhibit 'X' has been handed over to the respondents.

Mr. Wani submits on instructions that this petition can be disposed of in terms of Exhibit 'X'. The petitioner is personally present in Court.
