The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 Vandana Sanjay Bastapure submits on instructions that she has settled all her disputes with the petitioner/Manisha who claims to be the second wife of Sanjay Bastapure, except Spl.C.S.No.12/2015. The Trial Court is not permitting her to withdraw the said suit due to the pendency of this petition.

Learned Advocate submits on instructions from Vandana that if this Court permits, she would withdraw SCS No.12/2015 within 2 (two) weeks from today and this will bring an end to the entire dispute between Vandana, Sanjay Bastapure and the petitioner Manisha. Consequentially, all the disputes that Vandana has with the defendants in the said suit, would be brought to an end. khs/JUNE 2017/295

In the light of the above, learned Advocate for the petitioner Manisha submits that this petition can be disposed of as withdrawn by recording the statement of Vandana.

As such, the statements made by the learned Advocate on instructions from Vandana are recorded as statements made to the Court. Consequentially, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn on instructions.

Needless to state, respondent No.1/Vandana shall withdraw SCS No.12/2015 (New No.Petition/C/No.10/2017) pending before the learned Family Court, Latur, within 2 weeks from today, failing which the learned Family Court shall dispose of the said suit as withdrawn.
