Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 reiterates, as was stated earlier on 28.01.2016, that the petitioner has taken voluntary retirement and the Respondent No.4 is now working in place of the petitioner for the last four years. 3.
According to the said statement made above, this petition has became infructuous and is therefore disposed of. Pending civil application would not survive and same is also disposed of. 4.
It is made clear that this petition has been disposed of on the statement made by the Respondent No.4.
