Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the District Collector, Osmanabad dated 14th December, 2015, wherein reservation for the post of Sarpanch of village Adsulwadi is challenged. The said reservation pertains to the year 2015 and thereafter two more elections have been conducted in the said village.
