Mr. Wani submits that he has instructions to appear for the respondent in both applications and Vakalatnama would be filed in the office. The said undertaking is accepted.

Mr. Wani, learned counsel for the respondent opposes the delay in filing the present applications. 4.

However, for the reasons stated in both the Applications, delay is condoned. For the said reasons, both the applications are allowed and both the appeals are restored to the file, on the condition that the private paper books would be filed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of this order, in the appeals.

Both Applications accordingly stand disposed of.
