DATE : NOVEMBER 22, 2021 ORDER :- It is informed that in connected matter, this Court has condoned the delay in filing the appeals. Similar treatment is, therefore, required to be given in these matters. 2.

In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), provided the applicants shall not be entitled for the component of interest for the delayed period of 3103 days. The applications for condonation of delay were filed on 04.01.2017, while the same were circulated for the first time on 31.08.2021. The applicants, therefore, shall also not be entitled for the component of interest for the delayed period of 4 years and 10 months in circulating the matters.

Learned counsel for the applicants to point out this order to the Court that will decide the appeals finally. 4.
