Since there is an alternate, effective remedy under section 257 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 available, this petition, at this stage is not maintainable. It is dismissed summarily. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to resot to alternate remedy and if such second appeal is filed, the issue of limitation, if any, shall be considered appropriately by taking into consideration pendency of this petition.
