The learned Advocate for the petitioners specifically submits on instructions that since RTS Appeal No. 108/2021 is pending before the District Collector, Ahmednagar, he is only praying for an early decision. 2.

The learned Advocate Mr.Shahane has strenuously opposed this request by narrating the entire past history of the litigation between the parties. He submits that the petitioners are seeking correction in mutation entries after 33 years.

We are of the view that even if we accept the request of the petitioners for a decision on the appeal within a time frame, it would not cause any prejudice to any party. Needless to state, the District Collector, would consider the appeal strictly on it' s merits and would pass an order within the framework of Law.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off on request. Respondent No.3 / District Collector, Ahmednagar shall decide the RTS Appeal No.108/2021, on or before 15.10.2022.
