Perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 9.4.2009. Objection raised before the learned Single Judge by the appellant is in respect of revenue entries. It is well established that revenue entires are recorded for fiscal purposes and they in themselves do not constitute evidence of title of party in relation to the immovable property. Revenue entries can be corrected in accordance with determination of rights by the Civil Court. In this view of the matter, no interference is called for in the instant Letters Patent Appeal. Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.

Pending Civil Application do not deserve consideration and stands disposed of.
