1.

This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.3 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of verification of the tribe certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within ONE YEAR from today, and it is accordingly directed.

2.

In the meanwhile the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner only on the ground of her failure to submit validation certificate.

3.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
