As per order dated 12th February 2015, measurements were taken on the site, in presence of the petitioner. The Additional Municipal Commissioner and Town Planning Officer have submitted a report under their signature.

In order to find out as to which area is reserved for Children's Park, as per the map annexed to the measurement report, we requested the learned Senior Counsel, Shri Hon, to ask one of the officers of the Municipal Corporation, Latur, to remain present on the next date. 4.

Accordingly, stand over to 10th July 2015.
