Suffice for the purpose to refer to the order of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.22676/2024 dated 30.09.2024, whereby, it has directed the concerned Registrar to frame a preliminary issue as regards locus standi of the present petitioner and its authorized person and to decide it.

Though the petitioner is soliciting earlier decision of the application made by it and is pointing out the Rojnama (Exhibit-E), we direct that respondent No.1 - the Joint Registrar concerned shall, in the light of the direction of the Supreme Court, decide the preliminary issue, 1/2

The parties shall cooperate. All other issues are kept open. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
