PER COURT :- 1) The present writ petition is filed taking exception to the interim order passed by the Labour Court, Latur, below Exh.C-9 in Complaint (ULP) No.37 of 1995, on 16.8.19095, and the order passed by the Industrial Court in Revision (ULP) No.55/1995, on 12.10.1995, confirming the order passed by the Labour Court below Exh.C-9. 2.

When the present matter was taken up for hearing on 7th of July, 2016, this Court had directed the Registry to call report from the Industrial Court as well as from the Labour Court as to what is the status of the concerned complaint and the revision application. The reports received from both the Courts reveal that both the proceedings are finally concluded. The Complaint (ULP) No.37/1995 has been finally disposed of by the Labour Court, Latur, whereas Revision (ULP) No.55/1995 was AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.5489 of 1995 already finally disposed of by the Industrial Court. In the above circumstances, the present writ petition has become infructuous and, as such, it stands dismissed as infructuous.

Rule discharged. Pending Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
