The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.04 - Education Officer (Secondary) to decide petitioner's applications (Exhibit "B" collectively) dated 07.07.2016, 08.08.2016, 12.09.2016 and 24.10.2016 seeking to release annual increments by taking into account his service from 2004 and preparation of new service book, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 06 (six) weeks, and we direct accordingly.
