This writ petition is filed challenging the notice issued by respondent No.5 to the petitioner. In our opinion, this petition is premature, in as much as, there was opportunity for the petitioner to reply said notice and as a matter of fact, the Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed this Court that the reply was filed by the petitioner on 06.01.2018. In that view of the matter, we decline to invoke our extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, the writ petition stands rejected. 2.

However, in case any order is passed by respondent No.5 pursuant to notice issued on 30.12.2017, it would be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law.

Needless to observe that the concerned forum will afford reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to put-forth his contentions.
