The learned advocate for the petitioner is absent. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 states that, for last three occasions none is appearing in the matter for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks disbursement of retiral benefits. The stand of respondents is that, the amount is withheld till the recovery of rent amount.
