The appeals filed by the petitioners before the Scrutiny Committee against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the applications for issuance of tribe certificate are pending. It is submitted that the petitioners want to appear for NEET examination. The programme would start from 31st January 2018. 2.

Considering the urgency in the matter, we direct the Committee to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners before 30th January 2018. 3.
