Perused the pleadings in the Petition, annexures thereto and reply filed by the Respondent No.2. Upon considering the material placed on record, and in particular, averments in para 4 onwards in the affidavit in reply, the reservation of posts of Police Patil does not exceed 52% as alleged by the petitioner. It appears that, the rotation is followed keeping in view the relevant Government Resolutions. In that view of the matter, no case is made out to entertain the Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected.
