Petitioner has presented revision application challenging the order dated 9th March, 2015, passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Beed, before the MRT, Aurangabad. It is informed that the presiding officer is not available to deal with the matter at Aurangabad and the charge of the tribunal is entrusted with the Presiding Officer functioning at Pune. Petitioner apprehends adverse action since notice has already been issued on 17.12.2015.

In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to stay operation and implementation of the notice issued by the Tahsildar on 17.12.2015 for a period of fifteen days from today, with a view to enable the petitioner to approach the tribunal at Pune with whom the charge of the Tribunal at Aurangabad is entrusted. Notice dated 17.12.2015 impugned in this petition

wp376.16.doc stands stayed for a period of fifteen days. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
