Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Limited grievance of the petitioner is though the petitioner has submitted representation to the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Beed for grant of permission to run and start a typewriting institute at the place of Kerul, Tq. Ashti, Dist. Beed, the representation is not yet decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was a policy decision of the State Government to close down the typewriting institute by various circulars and resolutions. The period was extended and the last extension granted is till 30.11.2019. Learned counsel also invited our attention to the order passed by this Court dated 10.07.2018 in Writ Petition No.6494 of 2018 to submit that the petitioner is in similar circumstance with the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 6494 of 2018. The learned counsel also submitted that

( 2 ) wp333.19 the petitioner has removed all the deficiencies and the proposal of the petitioner is complete in all respects. 4.

Without going into the merits of the petition and without observing on the aspect, whether the petitioner removed the deficiencies and keeping that issue open for the decision by the Education Officer, the petition is disposed of.

The Education Officer (Secondary) i.e.

respondent No.3 is directed to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 16.07.2018, needless to state on the merits of the proposal, and after verifying the removal of deficiencies. The Education Officer to decide the proposal as early as possible and not later than 8 weeks from the date of order of this Court. 6.

With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
