Learned counsel for the applicant-insurer submits that the applicant-insurer is ready to deposit the entire amount under award in this court.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed. The effect, implementation and execution of judgment and award dated 07.09.2019 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No. 620 of 2017 is hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award within a period of 06 (six) weeks from today, failing which the stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
