We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner is assailing the order of Tribunal.

It appears that, after filing of the present writ petition, fresh order of transfer is issued. The order of Tribunal is already implemented.

The petitioner has given an application seeking transfer in Jalgaon.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, son of the petitioner namely Pawan

(2) 108-wp-4579-2021 is patient of Epilepsy and Brain Abnormality to the extent of 75% and he is taking treatment at Jalgaon.

Mr. Tambe, learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that, the said proposal is forwarded with the other proposals and the decision on it would be taken.

The respondents may take decision as suggested preferably within a period of one month. 8.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
