Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 is pending since the year 2015. The petitioner had advanced final arguments in the 2016. Thereafter, the respondents have adjourned the matter 59 times. The Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Latur is now taking up the matters.

Considering the statement made that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the School Tribunal, Latur is pending since
