1) None appears for the petitioner. The present petition is filed taking exception to interim order passed by the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar in Complaint (ULP) No. 208/1993 below Exhibit-U-2.

2) A report about the status of the aforesaid Complaint ULP has been called from the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar. The report received from the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar reveals that the said Complaint (ULP) No.208/1993 has been disposed of on 21st March, 2000. Since the main Complaint has been disposed of, the present writ petition has become infructuous and as such stands disposed of.
