Parties have entered into compromise and by order dated 16.10.2025 this Court has directed the parties to remain present before the Registrar Judicial to verify the compromise. Parties have remained present before Registrar Judicial and the compromise was verified. Registrar Judicial has submitted report to this Court that he has verified the parties to the compromise, so also it was submitted that terms of compromise were explained to the parties and it is found that they have voluntarily entered into compromise.

Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.
