Heard. Perused the report received from the JMFC, Shindhkheda. Already, evidence of the complainant has been recorded on 19th January, 2015 and next date is on 5th February, 2015 for production of witnesses by the complainant.

In that view of the matter, we grant liberty to the petitioner to persuade the concerned Court for disposal of the complaint expeditiously considering the fact that license of the petitioner is pending renewal.
