1] Caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to '

Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

2] Amongst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that caste claim of real sister of the petitioner, namely, Tanupriya Murlidhar Populwad was also invalidated. She filed Writ Petition bearing No.8860 of 2019 before this Court. This Court under judgment and order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.8860 of 2019 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to her. 3] We have also heard learned AGP.

492.22WP 4] For the reasons stated in the Judgment and order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.8860 of 2019 filed by the real sister of the petitioner, namely, Tanupria Murlidhar Populwad, we pass the same order.

ORDER

i] The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe immediately. ii] The said validity certificate shall be subject to decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by the petitioner.

iii] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
