Mr.Gunale, learned counsel submits that this Court under order dated 25.11.2016 in C.A.No.8378/2015 has allowed withdrawal of the amount to the original claimants. After the order is passed by this Court the original claimant died. Learned counsel submits that these legal heirs are brought on record in this appeal. According to the learned counsel, the applicants have agreed to withdraw the amount as per the chart annexed to the Civil Application at page 25 and the same is signed by all the applicants.

Relying on the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, we allow distribution of the amount of the share as claimed at page 25. Office to verify the amount of withdrawal permitted by this Court and thereafter shall issue the cheques to the claimants herein as agreed by them. The cheques shall be issued to all the applicants in presence of all the applicants.

The Civil Application disposed of.
