Learned counsel Mr. Kadethankar submits that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner to raise the issue before the Commissioner pertinent to the disqualification under Section 14B of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.
