The sole Appellant has passed away. Though the Civil Application was filed for bringing the legal heirs on record, the same has been refused registration, by order dated 16.01.2002, as the office objections in the Civil Application were not removed. Even as on date, no steps have been taken for bringing the legal heirs of the Appellant on record after 15 years. The Second Appeal, therefore, stands abated.

The pending Civil Applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of.
