In that view of the matter, if the proceedings of Special Civil Suit No. 359 of 1992 are pending on the file of 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, it be expedited and the trial Court shall decide the said suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
