The submissions made by learned counsel show that the applicant hass interest in getting relief of bail. There is regular Court for consideration of such applications. The petitioner is also interested in showing to this Court that the provisions of M.C.O.C.A. are not applicable as against the Petitioner in view of the nature of allegations made against him for getting bail. No prayer is made in the present proceeding for quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. registered under the
-:(2):- provisions of M.C.O.C.A. In view of the circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present proceeding with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. So, petition is disposed as withdrawn.
