The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation for giving the deemed date of promotion. The same is pending with respondent No.3. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Sonawane the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and submits that respondent no.3 would decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits within four weeks.
