The sole appellant namely - Pandharinath Keshav Patil is reported to have expired. The order passed by this Court on 8th February, 2018 demonstrates that, the learned Counsel for the appellant had sought time to take the specific instructions as about the death of the sole appellant and to take further steps in the matter, however till today no steps are taken. The learned Counsel holding for Advocate Shri P.R. Patil, who is appearing for the appellants, submits that there are no further instructions from the legal heirs of deceased Pandharinath Keshav Patil. In the circumstances, the appeal stands abated.
