When the present petition was taken up for hearing, Shri Bedre, learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the main complaint has been finally decided by the Labour Court and as such the present petition has become infructuous. Admittedly, the present petition has been filed taking exception to the interim order passed by the Labour Court in Complaint (ULP) No.271 of 1992 below Exhibit U-2. In view of the fact that now the complaint has been finally disposed of, the petition has become infructuous. The writ petition stands dismissed as become infructuous. Rule discharged. [ P. R.
