VISHWANATH HAWAYYAPPA SWAMI -- None present for Appellant Mr.R.B.Deshmukh, Advocate for respondent - sole -- CORAM : SANGITRAO S. PATIL, J.

DATE : JULY 18, 2017 PER COURT :

As seen from the order dated 10.07.2017, none appeared for the appellant on that day. The appeal was adjourned till today in order to extend an opportunity of hearing to the appellant. It was made clear that in case none appears for the appellant on the next date, the appeal would be dismissed. Today also, nobody appeared for the appellants. Hence, I have no alternative, but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.

2 22-SA-198-92 2.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
