By an order dated 29.10.2014 passed by this Court, it was noted that Shri D.A.Gurusahani, learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants, was no more. A fresh notice was, therefore, issued to the Appellants.

The report received from the Assistant Superintendent, Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Shrigonda indicates that the first Appellant has passed away. The second Appellant, who appeared as Power of Attorney Holder for the first Appellant as well as for himself, has also
