By placing on record, copy of order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Director of Education (Primary), learned AGP states that the order is complied with and an amount of Rs. 1,46,22,381/- is transferred in the respective accounts of the petitioners. Said order along with annexures is collectively marked 'X' for identification purposes.

In view of this, we are of the opinion that the respondents have complied with the order.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order is partially complied with. If any grievance remains, the petitioners are Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 926-CP-54-2025 entitled to file appropriate proceedings.

In view of order dated 17.11.2025, we dispose of the contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate legal proceedings to ventilate their grievance.
