Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 773 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 opposes the application on the ground that there is huge delay in filing Civil Revision Application.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view observations in the case of Ramanlal

ca2414.17 Deochand Shah vs State of Maharashtra and another, reported in AIR 2013 SC 345, delay caused in filing Revision Application can be condoned.

Civil Application is allowed.

6.

Delay is condoned.

However, the applicants shall not claim monetary benefits/interest for the period of delay which is sought to be condoned.

7.

Civil Application is disposed of.
