PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Kagne, learned A.G.P. on instructions of respondent no.2 submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of three months from the date the petitioner appears before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.01.2020.

Till the validation proceeding is decided, the adverse action shall not be taken against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
