1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed B.E. [Computer] Course. The mark sheet and degree certificate have been withheld only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since the year 2012.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

3] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.02.2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the validation proceeding preferably within four [4] months.

488.22WP 4] Respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless she produces the validity certificate. The parties may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
