The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that Committee would decide the validation proceeding within a period of three (03) months. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.01.2020. The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not take adverse action only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
