Leave granted to correct the nomenclature of the petitioner. Amendment is to be carried out forthwith.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. and the learned advocate, who appears for respondent nos. 4 and 5 suo moto.

It is a matter of reimbursement contemplated under Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 4.

Though the prayers have been made soliciting writ of mandamus directing the petitioner's claim to be considered and the amount be refunded, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that by a communication dated 09.10.2024, the proposal has been forwarded to the Government.

The writ petition is disposed of directing all the respondents to undertake necessary scrutiny in respect of the petitioner's claim and shall conclude it within six weeks.
