The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the purpose for which the petition was filed, seeking directions to the Education Officer to decide the proposal, has been achieved. He, therefore, desires to withdraw this Petition on instructions and challenge the decision of the Education Officer, which is adverse to his interest.
