When the present petition was taken up for hearing, Shri Bedre, learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the main complaint has been finally decided by the Industrial Court and as such the present petition has become infructuous. Admittedly, the present petition has been filed taking exception to the interim order passed by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.53 of 1995.
