Heard. This is claimants' application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the insurance company in pursuance of award.

Perused the impugned award and challenge raised in the appeal. In view of that at present claimants i.e. respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

The civil application stands disposed of.
